Our Policy for the returns and refund will be as follows:

1. Return Policy

2. If the issue is reported within the stipulated time, iamkart will arrange for pickup and replacement.
3. If the customer fails to inform within 7 days, they will be responsible for the transit/courier charges for replacement.
4. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and all included contents.
5. If any content is missing, the decision on replacement will be at the sole discretion of iamkart.COM, and the customer must accept the final decision.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

2.1.1 Within 30 Minutes

• Customers can cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it at no additional charge, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

2.1.2 After 30 Minutes

• Orders canceled after 30 minutes but before processing for shipment will incur a 2.5% cancellation charge on the total order value.

2.1.3 After Shipment

• Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2.2 Order Cancellation by iamkart

2.2.1 Reasons for Cancellation

iamkart reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

1. If an order is canceled by the customer or iamkart, the refund amount (after deductions) will be credited to the customer’s Bank Account.
2. Deductions will be made as per the Cancellation Policy, including transportation costs and other applicable charges.

3.2 Refund Timeframe

1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
2. The actual refund time depends on the payment method and gateway used.
3. iamkart cannot guarantee an exact timeframe due to payment gateway processing times.
4. Refunds will be completed within a maximum of 14 days in certain cases.

3.3 Refund for Out-of-Stock Products

1. If the product is out of stock, iamkart reserves the right to cancel the order without prior intimation.
2. Customers will receive an email notification regarding the canceled order.
3. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.

3.4 Refund for Damaged Products

1. Refunds for damaged products will be processed only after verification.

3.5 Partial Payments and COD Orders

1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after verifying the return request.

Refunds will not be granted for:

3.7 Refund Processing Charges

1. iamkart will not refund any amount paid as transaction charges during the initial payment to the payment gateway.
2. Refunds will also be subject to processing charges incurred for the refund process.
